Who Can Use BEATS Engineering

• Any student enrolled in a BEATS program
• Students under 18 should use the platform with parent or guardian guidance
• You must provide correct information when creating an account

Your Responsibilities

• Use the platform respectfully and legally
• Keep your login details safe
• Not misuse, copy, or disrupt the platform
• Not share mock test content with non-enrolled students

Our Content

• All study materials, mock tests, and resources belong to BEATS Engineering
• You may use them for personal learning only
• You may not copy, resell, or distribute content without written permission

Program Fees

• Fees are shown clearly at enrollment
• Program fees are non-refundable after batch commencement unless otherwise stated
• Seat reservations require payment at the time of registration

Account Suspension

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, harm other students or staff, or are involved in illegal or abusive activities.

Platform Availability

We try our best to keep the platform running smoothly. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for issues beyond our control (internet outages, device problems, etc.).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when needed. Continued use of BEATS Engineering means you accept the updated rules.

Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of Nepal.
